• Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased, or given to a pet shop, pound, research laboratory or similar facility.
  
• This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to run free except on a leash or in an enclosed area.
  
• Purchaser will provide prompt veterinary care in the event the cat/kitten becomes ill or is injured at any time in it's lifetime and will, under their veterinarians advice, provide for check-ups and vaccinations. Breeder not responsible for any vet care costs once kitten leaves breeders possession.
  
• This cat or kitten is purchased for Pet X / Breeder / Show
  
• If Purchased for pet, Purchaser agrees to castrate or spay this cat before the age of 6 months (no later than xx/xx/xx) and agrees that this cat or kitten will not be used for breeding purposes. If Buyer does not alter cat/kitten w/in this time there will be a fee of $1000 before registration will be released, and only at sellers' discretion.
  
• Seller agrees to provide TICA registration papers for this cat or kitten upon presentation of a veterinarian's certificate of castrating or spaying w/in time period or upon paying of fee. Yes X
  
• If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller, unconditionally.
  
• Seller guarantees this cat/kitten against FeLV and FIV for 3 days from the date of transfer. Purchaser has 3 days to have a health check and blood test on this cat or kitten for feline leukemia virus and FIV. If found to have FeLV or FIV w/in the guarantee period, said cat/kitten will be replaced after seller receives written statement from licensed veterinarian, and only if the cat/kitten was quarantined from any other cat during the 3 days. If not seen by a veterinarian within 3 days of receipt, all health guarantees are null and void.

• Health guarantee is null and void if this kitten is given FIP, FeLV, FIV or ANY LIVE or MODIFIED LIVE vaccinations. Do not give live or modified live vaccines as we have experienced Bengal kittens becoming fatally ill from these types vaccines. It is your responsibility to remind your vet of this before every vaccination. We pride ourselves in raising healthy, vaccinated, parasite-free kittens. Said kitten/cat leaves our Cattery, to the best of our knowledge, in healthy condition. No vaccine is without risk, and we recommend a conservative approach to vaccinations for Bengals. • Seller guarantees this cat/kitten against life-threatening congenital defects for the first year of life. If kitten dies of a non-treatable congenital defect w/in one year, kitten will be replaced with a kitten of equal value (when available) upon receipt of veterinarian statement and necropsy outlining the defect. Buyer responsible for vet or necropsy fees. If shipping is required for a replacement kitten, Buyer is responsible for any shipping or transport fees.
  
• If at any time purchaser is unable to keep cat/kitten it is requested they contact the Seller. Seller will then aid purchaser in placing cat/kitten into another suitable home or may elect to take kitten back.
  
• Buyer agrees that Seller is to be held harmless for any damage, injury, death, financial loss, or consequential damages caused by your possession of any feline regardless of species. In unlikely event of a legal dispute, all judgments cannot exceed the cost of said cat/kitten's purchase price. The Parties waive all rights to a jury trial. White County, AR has venue.
